BodyCamp is intensive health & weight loss camps based on the idea of Boot Camp, that is, a large number of intense and diverse physical exercises in the open air. Our camps are not typical Boot Camp- they are its modification, so that everyone, regardless of their physical fitness and condition could participate in them.

In the winter period, some of the trainings take place in a building in the hall. The choice of exercises and their location is closely dependent on weather conditions. Each BodyCamp is 7 hours of physical exercise a day. You get full, dietetic meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks during the day).

All slimming holidays are carried out under the supervision of our experienced trainers. Exercises are diverse and include elements such as cross fit, peripheral training, tabata, nordic walking, team games and many more.

At the beginning and end of the camp, we carry out weighing, measuring, measuring the body composition (body fat, water, muscles), measuring the metabolic rate and measuring the metabolic age.

After the camp you also receive a written diet and training plan for use after the camp.

BodyCamp slimming vacations are a great way to lose a few pounds, improve your physical condition and experience an unforgettable adventure. If you want to achieve even better results, you can come for two or three slimming sessions. People who are overweight can lose up to 8 kg during two camps.

Remember! Our BodyCamp slimming and conditioning holidays are for everyone! Trainings are adapted to EACH participant. You do not have to worry about not being able to do it. You can do any training at your own pace or give it up if you’re tired of it.
